"The best part for me to dedicate the practice to someone or something other than myself. And when you remind me the practice is not a competition, to know the limit and step back.
I think the music shouldn't be in English or much lyric in the class. I loved that song imagine but it takes my concentration away little bit. 
You are an amazing woman and so glad to meet you and knowing you:)

"Thank you for being such a great yoga teacher and a beautiful person. I really really enjoy my time out at yoga every Sunday. 
I personally feel you do a great job at mixing the class up. I like to do a little of everything as in stretching from head to toe, balancing and a little meditation to relax my mind and body. Some days my body enjoys one specific thing over another and Iam sure that will only increase as bub grows, but I feel it is good to push yourself outside your comfort zone too. 
All in all I think you are doing a fantastic job with our class and I look forward to continuing it over the next 6 mnths."

"I absolutely love your classes! I feel it has really helped through my pregnancy and I definitely want to continue yoga after baby comes too. I find doing a class is so much better than just doing yoga from a DVD in my bedroom because you are there to correct us in the poses and help us each individually. 
The only thing I feel a bit weird doing is the chant, I think it's just because I'm not used to it. I love the meaning behind it but I don't know why I just feel a bit weird doing it and can't get the humming thing. But am happy to do the position and listen to you and everyone else chant. 
Other than that I just want to say thank you for being such a great yoga instructor and a kind and beautiful person. I can tell you truly love what you do and it shows. 
I look forward to every Sunday arvo!!
